Overview:
This release provides ecosystem wide infrastructure upgrades, especially around RAPIDS 23.02, more GPU-accelerated autoML/autoAI support in PyGraphistry[AI], and the usual security patches and bug fixes.

- Selection API: Support experimental notification of hover and select events
- NodeJS: Add helpers for usage of API=3 mode (JWT) and Apache Arrow

- Cookies: Fix auth bug where if non-Graphistry cookies are presents, authentication would deny all access
- Attributes with colons: When node or edge attributes have a ":" in their name, instead of UI features like histograms getting stuck, the properties get renamed

- Overhaul: Added PowerBI, simplified navigation, updated introduction tutorials, and more
- PyGraphistry[AI]: Many new demos and tutorials
Migration
- Note new minimum host CUDA version 11.5 to simplify alignment with Nvidia Morpheus, PyTorch
- CUDA 12.x support is experimental, contact staff
